THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES THE iANALYTICS’S PRIVACY POLICIES.

Welcome to iAnalytics by TROIS International, a digital solution that aims to improve the delivery of your wellness care and enhance your beauty, health & fitness management (hereinafter referred to as “iAnalytics”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to iAnalytics.TROIS.asia, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

In summary, We believes that:

Individuals should have quick and easy access to program logs and progress information about themselves;
Individuals should have the tools and information necessary to manage their own health and wellness care; and

What does this mean for you?

If you create a iAnalytics account, you can use it to securely store copies of your progress log; which includes but not limited to photos, measurements and health information. When you create an account, you are considered as iAnalytics user.
As a iAnalytics user, you maintain control over the information in your account.
As a iAnalytics user, you will have access to a wide variety of tools to manage your health and wellness care.
As a iAnalytics user, you will give access to iAnalytics Coach & support team in order to perform their job as intended, with strict governance and regulation by the lawful procedure.

What does this mean for us?

We understand that you have a legal right to have your personal information kept private and secure.
We will not disclose information about you to employers, marketers or other third parties without your explicit permission, except for several very narrow exceptions – for example, if a court requires us to disclose information about you and with your consent under the rule of law.

If you do not consent to these changes, in some cases it is possible that the features and tools offered by iAnalytics will be unavailable to you.

We understandsthat your account contains sensitive and personal information and that safeguarding it properly is essential.
We uses administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.
Our use of subcontractors does not diminish your right to have your information held private and secure. These subcontractors must comply with the same privacy requirements as iAnalytics.

SERVICE means the iAnalytics.TROIS.asia website operated by TROIS International.
